Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

  • Long-distance journeys
  • Business and private travel

Services are available 24/7, subject to availability.

4. Booking

Bookings can be made by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Any booking must specify the pickup location, destination, date, desired time, and number of passengers.

Taxi David reserves the right to refuse a booking in case of unavailability.

5. Pricing

Prices comply with the current prefectural regulations applicable to taxis in the Alpes-Maritimes department.

The fare depends on distance, journey duration, time (day/night), and applicable surcharges.

Any quote provided is indicative and non-binding.

6. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card
  • Cash

Payment is made at the end of the trip, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

7. Cancellation and delay

Any cancellation must be reported as soon as possible.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged.

Customer delays may result in waiting time charges in accordance with taxi regulations.

8. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Behave respectfully towards the driver
  • Respect safety rules
  • Not damage the vehicle

Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip, without refund.

9. Liability

Taxi David cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (traffic, accidents, weather conditions, etc.).

Items left in the vehicle remain the responsibility of the customer.

10. Personal data

No personal data is stored on this website. Information provided during a booking is used solely for service management.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

French law applies to these T&Cs.
